todos los medios oficiales de gobierno MORENISTA de Rutilio Escandón Cadenas, publicaron que la madrugada de este lunes, Presuntos estudiantes normalistas quemaron las instalaciones del INE. ubicado sobre el Boulevard Belisario Domínguez a la altura del Club Rotario Internacional, en Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas.
con ello se quemó toda la papelería y equipo de cómputo, sin que ninguna autoridad estuviera resguardando dichas instalaciones, por lo que se sospecha que sea el propio gobierno de Chiapas, quien halla ordenado el incendio.
